iOS beta via TestFlight Builder squads on Discord
Daily squat drop · beta now open

AI writes code.
You do the squats🦵🦵🦵

beReps is a daily 2-minute squat drop for remote engineers, vibe coders, and indie hackers. Your squad gets a random alert. You open the front camera, squat, and post the receipt.

Not a fitness tracker. A weird little ritual for people who have been sitting too long.

How the loop works

One notification. Two minutes. Front camera. Squats. A daily human checksum.

1

Your squad gets the drop

One random daily alert. No calendar slot. No perfect timing. Just the drop.

2

You have 2 minutes

Open the front camera, get the phone in place, and start the squat session before the timer dies.

3

Post the receipt

Your counted reps turn into a receipt card for the squad feed. Fast, raw, and a little bit stupid.

Made for people whose laptop already stole their spine

If AI is taking more of the typing, the human side should get a ritual too. A tiny shared interruption that makes your squad move at the same time.

Before you tap

Is this on the App Store yet? No. This page is for the iOS beta on TestFlight.
Do I need Discord? Yes — that’s where beta squads organize, drop clips, and report bugs.
Is my face visible? The app uses skeleton pose detection by default. Your face and room are not shown — just your movement outline.
What if I miss the drop or want to try solo? Warm-up mode lets you test the squat counter anytime with no time pressure. But the real drop only comes once a day.
